-
How can I pay for my (or my church's) registration? We prefer that all individuals pay online at the time of registration (we accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, Google Pay, and ACH transfer through Stripe). Pastors who may be registering a large group of people and paying for it all together can reach out to our head registrar, Sis Paige Posey (318) 403-8580, to manually register your group and arrange payment via check.
-
Can I bring my underage children with me to camp?At this time we cannot guarantee accommodations for your underage children. As we get closer to camp time and after most everyone has registered we will have a better idea as to what kind of capacity we may have for counselors with underage children however ultimately, the purpose of our camp and being a camp counselor is to be able to dedicate our focus to the campers actually attending camp which we understand is more difficult to do for those who also have to attend to young children. Most who register as camp counselors will have to stay in the college dorms with campers. As much as possible we want everyone to be able to attend and be a part of our amazing camps while at the same time keeping the priority on the campers and their experience. An alternative solution would be staying off-campus in a nearby hotel with underage children and attending the evening services each night.
-
Who all must register for camp?Everyone must register for camp if staying on campus. Campers, staffers, pastors; EVERYONE!
-
Do I need to bring towels?Yes! We recommend bringing plenty of towels, washcloths, as well as shower shoes.

-
What do I need to bring or pack? You will need to bring towels, linens (for twin size bed) or sleeping bag, and toiletries. Plan to pack enough play clothes and church clothes for each day and bring sports equipment (i.e. gloves, bats, balls, tennis rackets, etc.). You will also need to bring money for concessions/Starbucks/Pizza Hut or other restaurants on campus if you plan on purchasing such (NOTE: 3 meals each day are included as part of your registration). If you have any medication which must be taken please bring it with you and notify us at check-in. A qualified nurse will be available throughout both camps.
-
Are there available accommodations for Pastors and their families? There are some off-site accommodations available at either the Rocky Creek Campground or nearby hotels in Pineville, LA. The Rocky Creek Campground has RV accommodations available. Anybody staying off campus is responsible for contacting and setting up their own stays.
